# How can my impressions on pop be lower than my number of visitors?

Pop impressions are counted when someone clicks, opens a new tab, and opens a pop ad.

There are a few reasons for the number of impressions not to be equal to your visitors:

* Users using AdBlock software on their devices.

To reach all users or the highest potential amount, you must be sure the ad is displayed all pages. This can be easily fixed. Just set the code on all pages.
