# Payment Troubles


1. I have trouble saving my payment information. What to do?

* Check if there are no special characters written.
* Try to sign out and sign in again, and then add the payment details.
* Try to clear your cache and cookies, and then add the payment details.

2. I didn't receive any payment - why?

Check the payment method you selected. Note that the minimum amount for wire transfer is $800. If you chose wire transfer, we recommend switching to one of our other available payment methods to ensure you receive your payment faster.

3. How do I update my payment details?

Go to Payment Methods (on the panel's upper right) and choose your preferred payment method.
