Create your first tag

Just follow the next steps:

After activating your account, click in order to add a new Site

Create New Site – fill in the site name, and your site domain (please delete the “/” at the end), vertical (it is very important to select the correct vertical, in order to have the ads suit the site).

*To edit the site, click on home page –

Add your campaign Tag – Choose your optimization preferences for your ads.

Scroll over each picture to see a full explanation about each format.

Pop/ Native push/ Floater (Push in page banner) Push in page/ Interstitial/ Content blocker and Ad-block Solution.

At the beginning of the process you can only open two sites and run two campaigns per account.

Tags Configuration - before you implement the tag on your site, check the configuration tag. For each model there is an optimal optimization that is already set in your tag – to change the configuration you can choose the “configure” option under your chosen ad format.

Payment Troubles

I have trouble saving my payment information, what to do?

Check if there is no special characters written.
Please try to sign out and sign in again, and then add the payment details.
Please try to clean your cache and cookies, and then add the payment details.

** Why did I not receive my payment yet?**

Our minimum payout is $5 (depending on the method), if the account does not reach the minimum, you will not get paid this month. When you reach the total balance of $5 you will be able to send a payout request by contacting our support email publishers@ad-maven.com. Please include all the account details (email and site name) and the exact months of payment.

How to update my payment details?

Go to Payment Details (on the upper left side of the panel) → Payment Details → Payment Method → Fill up your details.

|| Important: For Bitcoin, WebMoney, Paxum and Wire Transfer you MUST add your Personal Details (on the left tab on the same screen above).

||| If you haven’t updated the payment details BEFORE the end of the month, the payment will not be processed on time.

I don’t see any ads on my site, what should I do?

If you implement Ad-Maven ads correctly you can check it here. You need to make sure the JS code is set on the section though other sections should also work perfectly. Also, if you are using an AdBlock extension, make sure the ads are not blocked - if it's still not solved please contact our support to get a code for our AdBlock bypass solution.

Did you check that all of the implementations are set accordingly – If so, leave the JS code implemented in the site and contact our live support. Make sure you send them all information needed to fix the issue.

What details do we need?

What browser/device are you using? and in which country?
When did you place it/ the ads stop working?
Did you make any changes in the implementation/ on site?
Where did you place the codes?

**Usually it takes 15 -30 minutes until you start seeing ads after the tag was created.

How do I see my total earning?

Under the “Home” section you can see your yesterday revenue, this month revenue and last month revenue.

In your publisher’s panel under “Statistics” or “Sites and Placements” sections you can see the revenue for each placement, just click “report” in the relevant placement row, this will bring you to the report section in the panel

Under the “Report” section you can choose by clicking in the section: site, placement (one or few) and dates relevant.

In the “Publisher Reports” the publisher will be able to extract and generate their daily stats. Such as yesterday’s stats, last 7 days, last 30 days, this month, last month, and custom range- which can be the exact dates that you want- also using numerous tags simultaneously.

Choose and click apply → Get report

Apply and all of the reports will show immediately!
