How can I reset my password?
If you cannot log into your panel, try resetting your password:
Click ‘Forgot password’ on the login page. See here:
You will receive an email with a reset link. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password.
When picking a new password we recommend you use - more than 10 digits and include - 1 special character, 1 letter, and 1 digit.
If resetting the password does not help, please contact our support. Please note that your password is confidential.
On the top right, click the profile icon, then click the word ‘profile’. In the Personal Details tab you will find the password box, update your password here. Just be sure to click ‘save’ when you're done.
