Payment Troubles

1. I have trouble saving my payment information. What to do?

• Check if there are no special characters written.
• Try to sign out and sign in again, and then add the payment details.
• Try to clear your cache and cookies, and then add the payment details.

2. I didn't receive any payment - why?

Check the payment method you selected. Note that the minimum amount for wire transfer is $800. If you chose wire transfer, we recommend switching to one of our other available payment methods to ensure you receive your payment faster.

Go to Payment Methods (on the panel's upper right) and choose your preferred payment method.
